Preston Bridge

Preston Bridge is a solid arched bridge spanning the Whiteadder Water near Preston on the A6112. This red sandstone bridge, sometimes known as The Cumledge Bridge dates from 1770 and carries traffic from Duns to Granthouses 

Below the bridge is peaceful spot, used by anglers where the river tumbles over the rocky river bed to the north of the bridge before gently flowing south on its way to Blanerne and Chirnside
