The Lake District National Park



The Lake District National Park is a mountainous region of cumbria with beautiful breathtaking views over the lakes, mountains and forests. It is the second largest National Park in the UK. The Lake District is an area of outstanding natural beauty and hugely popular with hikers and mountaineers The picturesque towns and villages are linked by many footpaths and bridleways stretching over the mountains, through the valleys and along the shores of the lakes.
