Cumbria

The historic county of Cumbria in North West Engalnd is bordered by Dumfries and Galloway, Scottish Borders, Lancashire, North Yorkshire, County Durham and Northumberland. This rural county is steeped in history with ancient castles and abbeys and contains the magnificent Lake District National Park, an area of the Yorkshire Dales, part of Hadrians Wall, lies on the edge of the North Pennines and has a fabulous coastline.
